Explore the artistic career of the Baroque master with works from the Prado Museum and the Albertina Museum in Vienna

If you are interested in painting and classical artists, you have to come and discover «Rubens. The Flourishing of a Genius», the new exhibition at the Museum of Fine Arts of València.

This ambitious exhibition reveals how Peter Paul Rubens developed his talent, becoming one of the most dazzling, prolific and influential painters of the European Baroque, renowned for his technique.

During your visit, you will travel back to Antwerp in the late 16th century to discover his years of training, his early influences and the crucial period he spent in Italy, which ultimately transformed his work into a visual force for the great European courts.

And the best part of the exhibition is that it brings together some astonishing artistic discoveries!

These include little-known oil sketches from his Roman period and reconstructions of lost paintings, alongside works from world-renowned collections such as the Prado Museum, the Albertina Museum in Vienna and the Ducal Palace of Mantua.

You can visit the exhibition from 2 July to 4 October 2026. What are you waiting for?
