October 9th is the main day for Valencians, the day when the city commemorates King Jaume I's triumphant entry and celebrates the birth of the Valencian people.
For several days, the city fills with fireworks, markets, live music, and parades that color the streets.

Saturday, October 4

Medieval Market in the Turia Gardens, between the Flower Bridge and the Exhibition Bridge.

17:00 – Children’s Moors and Christians Parade: Route: Tossal Square → Caballeros Street → Serranos → Furs Square.
