The Palau de la Música hosts an extraordinary concert featuring one of the most powerful symphonies in history
On July 11th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. you have a date with the music of Gustavo Dudamel at the Palau de la Música.
The acclaimed Venezuelan conductor returns to Valencia to lead the National Youth Orchestra of Venezuela —made up of young talents from the country— in a very special concert.
With your ticket in hand, starting at 6:00 p.m., you will be able to enjoy a program that includes the imposing Symphony No. 7 in C major, Op. 60, "Leningrad", by Dmitri Shostakovich.
This work is spectacular for its ability to take you from absolute stillness to an almost unbearable crescendo; something that surely has to do with the fact that it was written during World War II.
That is why it is so heavily charged with tension, strength, and also hope.
