Exhibition “València – 100 Years of Radio”
Categories: exhibitions.
TOURISTIC AREA: Historical center
Come and discover how radio has shaped the history of Valencia since 1925 with this exhibition at the Cervelló Palace.
Isn’t it amazing that we’ve been listening to voices that inform, entertain and accompany us for a whole century?
Radio has been there through dictatorships, transitions, revolutions... and also when nothing much was happening—just to entertain. Now you can relive all of that—and so much more!—at the exhibition “Cent anys de ràdio a València (1925-2025)” (One Hundred Years of Radio in Valencia (1925-2025)) at the Cervelló Palace.
It will be open from 18 June to 12 October 2025 and admission is free.
So, what will you find? Radios from all eras, vintage microphones, control boards, giant reel-to-reel recorders—even a transmitter from the 1930s.
But the coolest part? The exhibition also features several podcasts with legendary voices of Valencian radio, recounting the great moments that have shaped our history.
Hurry! Come and discover how Valencia has sounded since 1925 at the Cervelló Palace!
