The town of Manises is celebrating its annual festivities with two events you won’t want to miss.
From 11 to 18 July 2026, Manises is getting down to work to show the world its most emblematic ceramic craftsmanship with a great festival and parade.
This celebration, declared a Festival of Tourist Interest of the Valencian Community, is the perfect opportunity for you to come and learn the secrets of a craft with centuries of history and, who knows, maybe take home a souvenir handmade by a craftsman for free.
What awaits you these days in Manises?
18 July at 7:00 p.m. – Ceramics Parade – C/ Molí de la Llum
The festival's most unique and eagerly awaited event is a parade featuring floats and “clavarios” handing out thousands of ceramic pieces made in Manises along the entire route.
Mortars, bowls, trays, plant pots, the famous "escuraretas" (beautiful small-scale reproductions of everyday tableware) and many other items are the gifts you can take home if you come along to see it.
