These pieces, from prestigious collections such as the Museo del Prado, feature a myriad of techniques including painting, sculpture, medallic art, miniatures, watercolor, drawing, aquatint, lithography, and photography.
This is the first time an exhibition dedicated exclusively to 19th-century portraiture in all its forms has been organized in Spain.
