Escalante Centre Teatral
El Escalante represents a pioneering public performing arts initiative aimed at children and young people across the country. It collaborates closely with performing arts professionals and the educational community to present high-quality stage productions in various partner venues, as well as in municipalities and schools throughout the Valencian region.
El Escalante is committed to emerging talent in the Valencian performing arts scene through a strategy that goes beyond simply staging plays, encompassing training programmes through its Escola de Teatre and the production of avant-garde stage proposals. In this way, El Escalante serves as a fundamental platform to foster and strengthen the careers of professionals in fields such as playwriting, composition, directing, acting, set design, technical production, and other key pillars of the Valencian performing arts.
