Racó de l'Olla is a geologically depressed area located in the heart of the Parc Natural de l'Albufera. It is located between La Devesa and l'Albufera, being a transition area between both environments. The Racó de l'Olla Natural Reserve is located in this enclave, a place of great botanical and ornithological interest.
This reserve, with an area of approximately 50 hectares, has an integral reserve area, designed to conserve biodiversity (entry is not permitted) and an area for public use.
In the public use zone is the Racó de l'Olla Interpretation Centre, which carries out information, dissemination, heritage interpretation and environmental education programmes, aimed at educational centres, the local population and tourism.
Public use zone:
Car and bus park, with 4 places for vehicles of people with reduced mobility.
A recreational area specifically designed for lunch, rest and waiting for visits by appointment.
Visitor Reception Centre. It houses an exhibition on the Racó de l'Olla Reserve and the Parc Natural de l'Albufera.
Tower-viewpoint. It offers a panoramic view of l'Albufera.
A lagoon of approximately 5 hectares where a representative part of the flora and birdlife of l'Albufera has settled.
Bird observatories, spaces adapted for the observation of different species of birds, mainly aquatic. The most important months are May, June, July, November, December and January. It is recommended that you bring binoculars or a spyglass.
An interpretive trail, whose purpose is to show the visitor the diversity of some botanical species adapted to the environments of the Devesa-Albufera complex. Length: 0.8 km. (return trip).
The integral reserve area is restricted to the public as it is an area destined to the nesting and refuge of important species of aquatic birds.
Access with domestic animals is not allowed in the whole Racó de l'Olla Natural Reserve including the Interpretation Centre.

Visiting hours:
Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Days that the Centre will be closed:
1 and 6 January, 24, 25 and 31 December and 19 March
Minimum estimated duration of your visit: 1 hour.
Access. Exclusively on foot. Access to the centre with bicycles or pets is prohibited.
