Centro Comercial Bonaire

Covering an area equivalent to 100 football pitches, Bonaire is one of the largest shopping centres in Spain. It is home to 120 stores, offering one of the most complete and exclusive retail selections in Valencia, with brands including Desigual, Hollister, El Ganso, Primark, H&M and Zara, among many others.

Bonaire also stands out for Las Terrazas, its dining and leisure area featuring some of the leading national and international restaurant brands. Its 30 restaurants offer a gastronomic experience rarely found in other shopping centres, combining creative local cuisine with Italian, American and Asian flavours. Don't miss the creations of chef Begoña Rodrigo at Nómada, the artisan ice creams and horchata at Bertal, or the takeaway rice dishes from El Coso Beers.

This unique open-air space, designed with a Mediterranean feel, also hosts a programme of events and activities for all ages. Bonaire's leisure offer is completed by nine cinema screens, a bowling alley and a multi-adventure centre spanning more than 1,000 m², featuring climbing walls, trampolines, escape rooms and zip lines.

Sustainability leader

Bonaire is continuously committed to operating with the utmost respect for the environment. The centre features water-efficient taps that significantly reduce water consumption, 1,770 solar panels generating more than 472,500 kWh of clean energy, and efficient recycling systems for waste management. Together, these measures achieve savings of up to 70% in energy consumption and 40% in water consumption. In addition, Bonaire promotes sustainable mobility by providing easy access via public transport and encouraging car sharing, a recently introduced initiative for employees and visitors. Among its benefits, it is expected to reduce journeys to the shopping centre by around 50,800 trips per year, preventing approximately 305 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually.
