The Nikkei cuisine restaurant in Valencia which, from 2024, has a new location next to the Marqués de Dos Aguas Palace, in the heart of the city's kilometre zero. Miguel Pisano and Mariana Mercuri decided to make a commitment to their great passion: the union between Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. Since then, Manâw has been an oasis in the heart of Valencia, perfect for an encounter with pisco sour, ceviche or nigiri. A restaurant where you can enjoy a quiet and private atmosphere, where a long evening in the dining room combines with a nigiri and a cocktail at the bar.
