All around Valencia, you’ll find self-service kiosks where you can get information and purchase the Valencia Tourist Card and/or tickets, guided tours, and other activities so you don’t miss anything.

If you’ve purchased your Valencia Tourist Card on our website, you can collect it for free at any of our self-service kiosks. You can also recharge your Valencia Tourist Card with a 10% discount in the same card mode you already have.

There are 6 kiosks with extended opening hours where you can buy, collect, or recharge your Valencia Tourist Card.

• ✈️ Airport (Arrivals Terminal) – 24-hour service
• 🚆 Joaquín Sorolla Train Station – 6:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
• 🏛️ Mercado de Colón – 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m.
• 🏛️ Mercado de la Imprenta – 10:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
• 🛍️ Aqua Shopping Center – 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• 🛍️ Nuevo Centro Shopping Center – 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The rest of the kiosks operate during regular business hours, which may vary depending on their location.
