If you want to discover where the wines that Valencians love the most come from, Bodega Nodus opens the doors of its El Renegado estate to you.
This beautiful spot offers the chance to enjoy a stroll amongst vineyards and holm oaks, learn first-hand how the winery produces its wine and vermouths, and enjoy a truly memorable experience. Which one? It depends on what you want to add to the route; there are several options available.
Dynamic tasting — From €20
Thursday and Friday at 11:30 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 a.m.
The perfect choice for a first taste of the winery.
The tour includes a walk around the estate, a tour of the facilities, a tasting of one white wine and two red wines with an appetiser, and the house vermouths.
From the vine to the cup — From €30
Thursday and Friday at 10:30 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
An experience that begins with a traditional lunch before heading out into the vineyards and following the same route as the “Dynamic Tasting” tour.
Barrels and plates — From €60

You’ll be taking a tour of the estate (of course!), visiting the winery and, naturally, sampling wines and vermouths (with an aperitif included) before enjoying a meal.
You can sample three starters, choose from six main courses, including pork rice with mushrooms or baked cod, and enjoy a homemade dessert of your choice.
Barrels and pairing dishes — From €75
Saturday and Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
This activity includes a walk through the El Renegado vineyards, entry to the winery, a tasting of wines and vermouths accompanied by an aperitif, and a spectacular meal paired with wines from Bodegas Nodus.
This includes three delicious starters, accompanied by an Albariño or a signature red wine.
For the main course, pork cheek ravioli with a boletus sauce and truffle oil, salmon tartare or grilled tataki of pork shoulder, all paired with a glass of Nodus Merlot or Nodus Chardonnay.
And to finish, a dessert that pairs perfectly with Nodus Brut Nature Cava.
Vineyards and Flavours — From €39
Thursday and Friday at 11:30 a.m.
During the week you have the opportunity to sign up for this complete tour of El Renegado with wine and vermouth tasting and food.
The menu includes starters, a main course focused on Valencian stew, one of the great classics of the local cuisine, and dessert.

Would you like to visit the estate both during the day and at night?
This package includes dinner (three starters, a grilled platter with fried eggs, and a choice of dessert), an overnight stay at the Hotel Entreviñas (located on the estate itself), breakfast, walks through the vineyards, and a tour of the winery with a tasting of three wines, two vermouths and an aperitif.
You can also add a lunch to your plan; it includes three appetisers, a main course and a dessert of your choice.
There are delicacies on the menu such as grilled beef shoulder, baked cod and so on, up to six different dishes.
