"Wine Flamenco Experience" in Valencia

The day kicks off at 7 pm with a guided wine tasting in English, where Miguel Ángel Hernández, international sommelier, will guide you through the flavours and aromas of an exclusive selection of wines. 

"Wine Flamenco Experience" wine selection 

• Chardonnay 2021 (white): from the Pirineos winery (D.O. Somontano), made with 100% Chardonnay grapes. A fresh white with personality, ideal to kick start the evening. 

• Azpilicueta Reserva 2018 (red): an elegant red wine from the Azpilicueta winery (D.O.Ca. Rioja), with a blend of 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano and 5% Mazuelo, which provide complexity and balance. 

• Cava Dominio de la Vega Expression: a sparkling white wine made with 100% Macabeo grapes from the Dominio de la Vega winery (D.O. Utiel-Requena), perfect to accompany tapas. 

This wine experience is enhanced by delicious tapas made by the executive chef, designed to bring out the flavours of the selected wines. 

To finish off the evening on a high note, you'll be treated to the exciting "A Compás" show, an entertaining performance that combines dance and flamenco music.
