Every Sunday at 6 pm, Borgia Winebar & Spirits offers a unique wine tourism experience in Valencia’s historic centre, known as Ciutat Vella. Set on the iconic Calle Caballeros street, this exclusive wine bar is the place to be for an afternoon of wine pairing guided by sommelier Johan de Smedt, who will take you on a sensory journey through four carefully selected wines paired with four signature culinary creations.

Designed for small groups of between four and ten people, the activity guarantees an intimate and personalised atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy the wine with all your senses. In addition, the wine pairings can be conducted in Spanish, English or Dutch, making it a perfect plan for both locals and international visitors who want to immerse themselves in Valencian wine culture.

Borgia Winebar & Spirits has established itself as a benchmark in Valencia’s gastronomic scene, appearing in prestigious guides such as Guía Hedonista, 5 Barricas and Macarfi.
