Patraix Festivities 2025: Torreznada, Giants and Fireworks
Categories: parties and traditions.
TOURISTIC AREA: Outskirts
The countdown has begun to experience October in style in Patraix!
The neighborhood of Patraix will come alive with music, culture, history, and plenty of community spirit as it celebrates the 31st edition of its Popular Festivals, this year under the theme: “Patraix, a Caring Neighborhood.”
This year’s event focuses on supporting the towns affected by the DANA storm, especially Turís, l’Alcúdia, and Chiva, with which Patraix has long-standing ties—and that even lend their names to several of its streets.
This year will also pay tribute to the centenary of illustrator Manuel Gago, creator of *El Guerrero del Antifaz*, and the 550th anniversary of the modern chess rules, with a special mention of Mosén Fenollar—a key figure in that transformation, who also has a street named after him in the neighborhood.
