A piano suspended four metres in the air, lights, dancing and pyrotechnics will welcome the city’s most festive month.
On 1 July 2025, Valencia will raise the curtain on the Great Fair 2025 with “Piano Sky”, a show that will literally elevate music over the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
A piano and its performer will be suspended four metres high, accompanied by dancers, an array of lights and fireworks—painting the sky with a performance that blends Valencian musical tradition and innovation.
It will be a powerful concert in which you will see a pianist playing from a completely different perspective.
With this opening, the City Council kicks off a month of activities throughout the city.
The programme features concerts such as the Jazz Festival, open-air dances (verbenas), fire parades (correfocs), craft markets and activities for all ages.
And the festival will conclude on 27 July at 8:00 PM with the spectacular Battle of Flowers along the Paseo de la Alameda, a grand finale full of flower-adorned floats, music and joy.
