For one week, the city becomes the world capital of pyrotechnics with more than ten free shows
We already know that València and gunpowder share a unique bond — no doubt about that, right?
It's the birthplace of the best mascletàs and hosts a good number of fireworks displays every year that delight locals and visitors alike.
Well, this track record has made it the chosen city to host this International Symposium on Fireworks, which will fill the sky with fireworks displays, drone shows and correfocs.
When? From 11 to 16 October 2026, and yes, during these days various parts of the city will host free shows open to anyone who wants to come along.

Sunday 11 October – Plaza del Ayuntamiento
At 8:30 p.m. – Opening show by Pirotecnia Zaragozana and Focs d'Artifici Europlá
Monday 12 October – Around the Hotel Meliá València
At 8:00 a.m. – Despertà with the Federación Fallas Centro and Pirotecnia del Alto Palancia
At 7:45 p.m. – Correfoc with the Ball de Diables de Torredembarra and the Colla Els Dimonis de Mislata, by Pirotecnia García, Pirotecnia Rausell and Pirotecnia El Gato
At 8:30 p.m. – Closing fireworks display of the correfoc by Platón
Wednesday 14 October – Calle Eugenia Viñes at Avenida Neptuno
At 8:00 p.m. – First fireworks display: Pirotecnia Valenciana and Pirotecnia Europea together with the Portuguese company Propyro
At 8:25 p.m. – Second fireworks display: Focs d'Artifici Europlá, Valencian pyrotechnic designer David Bordes and the Dutch company Dream Fireworks
At 8:50 p.m. – Third fireworks display: Pirotecnia Martí
Thursday 15 October – Calle Eugenia Viñes at Avenida Neptuno
At 8:00 p.m. – First fireworks display: Pirotecnia Vulcano
At 8:25 p.m. – Second fireworks display: Pirotecnia Parente from Italy
At 8:50 p.m. – Drone show by the American company VERGE AERO
Immediately after – Last fireworks display of the day with Pirotecnia San Pio from Italy
Friday 16 October – Alameda de València
At 10:30 p.m. – Closing show by Pirotecnia Igual
