Celebrating the Year of Gabriel Fauré in Valencia

Come and celebrate the "Year of Fauré" at the Church of Saint Catherine the Martyr on 31 October 2024, which is sure to be an unforgettable musical celebration in honour of one of music's great geniuses. 

The event gives visitors the opportunity to experience the beauty and depth of Fauré's Requiem in person. It is one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever composed, describing the passage to eternal life. 

The performance will be given by the award-winning choir Ad Libitum, together with internationally renowned musicians such as Fernando Pascual, Arturo Barba, Úrsula Segarra and Pere Joan Carrascosa. 

The staging promises to be an immersive experience, enhancing the poignancy and hopefulness of the piece, which, by the way, has a complete line-up.
