Home of San Vicente Ferrer
The home of San Vicente Ferrer is popularly known as the ‘Pouet de San Vicent’; it is both the family home of the Ferrers and the house where the saint grew up. It was bought by the city in 1573 and completely rebuilt in 1677. It was refurbished on a number of occasions and finally reconstructed in 1955 by the architect Vicente Valls in the Valencian Civil Gothic style. The most interesting features are its tower and the eighteenth century ceramic decoration from the Pouet.
