Since our opening in September 2009, we have been offering our customers a selection of the best Mediterranean species, visiting fish markets and markets. We keep in touch with fishermen and farmers, we travel to where the most select products are found and we make them part of our philosophy and our cuisine. The dishes are typical of Mediterranean cuisine, treated in a very unique and creative way to delight the most demanding diner.
