Car park:

One 220x450 cm parking space reserved on Calle de la Visitación, 30, 35 metres from the Museum. With horizontal and vertical signage and accessible route to the museum.

Access:

Entrance with stone doorstep 10 cm high. Automatic entrance door with 108 cm clear width.

Reception:

Located on accessible ground floor. Desk 110 cm high, with no clear space underneath.

Mobility:

The Museum has two floors communicated by a staircase and a lift. No changes in level in the routes on each floor. Corridors more than 120 cm wide, occasionally narrowing to 80 cm. Doors in corridors with at least 80 cm clear width. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface.

Toilets:

There is an adapted unisex toilet on the second floor, accessible via a lift. The kay is available at reception. Signage on door with standardised symbol. Slip-resistant floor surface. Toilet door opening outwards with a handle placed at a height of 103 cm. Cubicle door with 78 cm clear width and no spring hinges. The lock can be opened from the outside in the event of an emergency. No room inside the cubicle for a turning circle of 150 cm in diameter. Washbasin 80 cm high, no pedestal, with a clear space underneath 66 cm high and 42 cm deep. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 90 cm from the floor. Approach to the toilet, 19 cm wide on the right side, 96 cm on the left side and 33 cm in front. Toilet seat height, 41 cm. Fixed grab bar on the right at a height of 75 cm and foldable grab bar on the left at a height of 76 cm. Distance between grab bars, 60 cm. No alarm system inside the cubicle.

Lift:

A lift connects the Basement and First Floor. Door with a 80 cm clear width and a 100x120 cm cab. Height of handrail, call buttons and cab buttons, 90 cm.

Stairs:

Two staircases connect both floors in the Museum. One of them has two sections of seven and fourteen steps with 18 cm riser height and 27 cm tread depth. Single handrail on one side, at a height of 100 cm and no extended onto lift landings. The other, next to the lift, has two sections of eight and ten steps with 18 cm riser height and 27 cm tread depth. Handrails on both sides, not extended onto landings.

Display:

Text and photographs at a height of between 93-200 cm. Display cases a heights of between 50-200 cm. Ground Floor has no furniture for sitting.

Visual

Access:

Entrance with stone doorstep 10 cm high. Automatic glass door with low-contrast visual signage.

Reception:

Located on accessible ground floor. Barrier free path with no changes in level. Counter height, 110 cm, with direct lighting.

Mobility:

The Museum has two floors communicated by a staircase and a lift. Level route free of obstacles on each floor. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface, with no bumps. There is a loose carpet opposite the toilets. The lighting is not uniform.

Toilets:

Men's and women's toilets marked with standardised non-tactile pictograms in contrasting colours, placed at a height of 158 cm. Toilet door contrasts with the wall. Uniform lighting with no timer. Slip-resistant floor surface.

Lift:

A lift connects the Basement and First Floor. It has a handrail and contrasted embossed buttons, with no information in Braille. Not equipped with audio signals to indicate floor landing and direction of movement.

Stairs:

Two staircases connect both floors in the Museum. One of them has two sections of seven and fourteen steps, with no tactile-visual but illuminated signage on the riser. With edge protection and no nosing. With a handrail on one side that does not extend onto lift boarding and landing areas. The other, next to the lift, has two sections of seven and fourteen steps, with no tactile-visual but illuminated signage on the riser. With no edge protection one side and no nosing. Handrails on both sides, not extended onto landings.

Display:

Panels and signs with small/medium size print with contrasting colours. Exhibition elements lined by cordons. The lighting is not uniform.
