Una de las partes de la visita comprende la proyección de un vídeo, el cual está subtitulado y dispone de audio. Se anima a incorporar la audiodescripción en el vídeo proyectado y recursos de fácil comprensión para personas con discapacidad intelectual o deterioro cognitivo. Es recomendable disponer de bucle magnético en los espacios destinados a catas principalmente. Se recomienda el adecuado mantenimiento de los paneles informativos exteriores y priorizar aquellos que incorporen diferentes sistemas de comunicación (altorelieve, braille, etc.) e incorporen recursos para el uso de tecnologías.
