We offer our customers a unique experience that’s more than just a restaurant visit. Our restaurant is housed in a traditional Valencian barn, within a rural tourism complex that also includes a stables, farmyard and vegetable garden, where much of our produce is freshly grown and delivered straight to the restaurant tables. There is also a permanent exhibition of antiques. The complex boasts a natural setting where guests can observe and enjoy a beautiful Valencian farm, including traditional farm buildings, seasonal crops and the animals that have always been reared in the region, which form part of Valencia’s most delicious recipes. Our most iconic dish, of course, is the original Valencian wood-fired paella.
Our guests experience a complete immersion in the original Valencian culture of the horta, or vegetable garden, which gives its name to the region surrounding the city of Valencia. They come to enjoy traditional Valencian dishes such as paella, prepared as nature intended: over a wood fire, and without haste.
