It has its own 3-floor car park, with five reserved spaces of more than 220x450 cm. With horizontal and vertical signage, even paving and accessible route to the hotel via a lift. 

Access:

Main entrance with no changes in level. Automatic entrance door with 145 cm clear width. Opens automatically. 

Reception:

Located on accessible Ground Floor with no changes in level. Alternative counter 74 cm high, with a clear space underneath 72 cm high and 40 cm deep. In the reception area there is a table with a computer available for customers, 72 cm high, with a clear space underneath 67 cm high and 83 cm clear space underneath. 

Indoor mobility:

Route with no changes in level. Corridors more than 120 cm wide, with no changes in level and a carpeted, smooth and slip-resistant floor surface. 

Toilets in communal areas:

There is a unisex toilet located on the First Floor, with an accessible route. Signage on door with standardised symbol. Slip-resistant floor surface. Toilet door with a handle opening inward, placed at a height of 109 cm and with 80 cm clear width. With spring hinge. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. No room inside the cubicle for a turning circle of 150 cm in diameter. Washbasin with pedestal, 85 cm high. The basin is 23 cm wide, with 69 cm clearance underneath. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Automatic tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 110 cm from the floor. Width to approach the toilet, 102 cm on the right side and 93 cm in front. Toilet seat height, 42 cm. Folding grab bar on the right side and fixed grab bar on the left side. Height of the grab bars, 83 cm on the left and 65-84 cm on the right. Distance between grab bars, 70 cm. No alarm system inside the cubicle. 

Lift:

There are three lifts, two of which connect the Ground Floor with the Tenth, and one which connects the car park with the Ground Floor. Located on an accessible floor with an accessible route. The main lift has 90 cm clear width and a 158x109 cm cab. Height of call buttons, 100-110 cm; height of cab buttons, 92-123 cm; and height of handrail, 90 cm. The lift that connects the Ground Floor with the Car Park has an 80 cm clear width and a 123x136 cm cab. Height of call buttons, 100 cm, with a 14 cm change in level and 20.5% incline. Located on an accessible floor with an accessible route. The access door to the car park has a 80 cm clear width, with a 14 cm change in level served by a ramp with 20.5% incline. 

Stairs:

A main stair connects the Ground Floor with the First. A lift provides an accessible alternative route. There are two sections per floor with nine even steps, respectively, with 18 cm riser height and 28 cm tread depth. Single handrails on both sides of staircase, at a height of 100-108 cm. Handrails do not extend onto intermediate landings or lift boarding and landing areas. Slip-resistant, uneven floor surface. A secondary staircase connects the Ground and First floors, with access to the meeting room and breakfast area. Steps with 18 cm riser height and 30 cm tread depth, with no slip-resistant strips on each step. With no edge protection on some sections. Handrails on both sides of stairs, at a height of 108 cm. 

Adapted room:

Located on the First Floor, with accessible access. Door with 76 cm clear width. Barrier free space to approach the bed, 90 cm on the right side and 80 cm on the left side. Bed 59 cm high with access to light control mechanisms. Height of environmental controls, 142 cm. Height of wardrobe shelves and drawers, 70-184 cm. Easy to open pulls. 

Adapted en-suite toilet:

Door with a handle placed at a height of 70-101 cm, with 80 cm clear width. No spring hinge. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. Washbasin 85 cm high with no a pedestal, with a clear space 67 cm high and 60 cm deep underneath. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 116 cm. Approach to the toilet, 23 cm wide on the right side, 79 cm on the left side and 48 cm in front. Height of seat, 40 cm. Folding grab bar on the right side at a height of 70-77 cm. Left grab bar at a height of 74 cm. Distance between grab bars, 68 cm. Slip-resistant shower floor, level with the rest of the facility. Shower seat with 49 cm for front approach, 127 cm on the left side and 120 cm on the right. Folding seat with back at a height of 70 cm; 46 cm wide and 37 cm depth. Wall-mounted accessible mixer tap, at a height of 110 cm. Horizontal grab bar, 76 cm from the seat and at a height of 80 cm. With alarm system inside the cubicle. Telephone next to toilet. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Located on Ground Floor, with an accessible route. One-leg tables 77 cm high, with no cross bar. Height of lower edge, 73 cm. At least 120 cm clear width between tables. Breakfast area is separated from the restaurant area and is located on the First Floor. It has one-leg tables 74 cm high with a clear space underneath 72 cm high and 34 cm deep. Self-service counter 90 cm high with items at a maximum height of 140 cm. No possibility of sliding a tray along the entire length of counter. More than 120 cm clear width next to the counter. 

Meeting room:

There are two conference rooms accessible via three lifts and a staircase. Door with 80 cm clear width and space reserved for wheelchairs. Tables 73 cm high, with a clear space underneath 71 cm high and 50 cm deep. There are six meeting rooms with doors with 85 cm clear width. Tables 73 cm high, with a clear space underneath 71 cm high and 50 cm deep. 

Gymnasium:

Located on the Tenth Floor, accessible via a lift and stairs. Changing room with door opening inward and with 80 cm clear width. Toilet door and cubicle door with handle opening outward, with 80 cm clear width and no spring hinge. Lock easy to handle and open. The lock can be opened from the outside in the event of an emergency. No room inside the cubicle for a turning circle of 150 cm in diameter. Washbasins 91 cm high with no pedestal, with a clear space underneath 61 cm high and 55 cm deep. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Height of the lower edge of the mirror, 105 cm. Upright. Approach to the toilet, 97 cm wide on the right side, 51 cm on the left side and 86 cm in front. Toilet seat height, 40 cm. Foldable grab bar on the right side at height of 67-85 cm and fixed grab bar on the left at a height of 84 cm. Distance between grab bars, 93 cm. No alarm system inside the cubicle. The massage service has a height-adjustable bed. Spa room is not adapted for people with limited mobility.

Reception:

Route with no changes in level, barrier free, glass doors and smooth, slippery floor surface. Uniform lighting. Counter height, 117 cm, with direct lighting.

Barrier free route. Information labels with contrasted, embossed pictograms. Uniform lighting. 

Communal toilets:

Men's and women's toilets indicated with standardised pictograms, in contrasting colour, non-tactile and placed at a height of 117 cm. Toilet door does not contrast with the wall. Uniform lighting with no timer. Slip-resistant floor surface. No unmarked barriers and projecting elements. 

Lift:

Main lift with contrasted buttons, in Braille characters and embossed. Handrail height, 90 cm. Not equipped with audio signals to indicate floor landing and direction of movement. Floor in front of the lift door indicated with a tactile-visual strip. Equipped with an audio alarm and intercom. 

Stairs:

A main staircase connects the Ground Floor with the Tenth. No visual-tactile signage at the top and bottom of stairs. Steps with no nosing, no tactile-visual signage and no edge protection. No handrails extend onto the intermediate landings. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. Uniform lighting. 

Room:

Door contrasts with the wall. Smooth floor surface. The furniture does not hinder circulation. The lighting is not uniform. Toilet door contrasts with the wall. Uniform lighting in toilet cubicle.

Barrier free route. Smooth, slippery floor surface, with no bumps. Menu with large, contrasted print. Uniform lighting.
