With written information on the services provided. There are information panels with pictograms or short texts, signalling spaces and itineraries.

Customer Service Department located on the sixth floor. 

Toilets:

There are toilets on all floors of the building except for the ground floor. All located next to the lifts.

No free/occupied visual system.

With free lower band in car door.

Lift:

There are four lifts between the 3rd and 6th floors, with a stop indicator and visual information in the car and for getting in/out on the outside.

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

It has round tables with a capacity for five people each.

Parking:

The building does not have its own car park, but it has access to the ABC Park cinema car park, which is three levels high and connected by a lift. It has a total of eleven spaces of at least 220x450 cm with vertical and horizontal signs.

There is a public parking space of at least 200x400 cm, with vertical and horizontal signposting in Calle del Isabel la Católica 1, 89 m away. With accessible route, of homogeneous pavement until the establishment. There is another square with the same characteristics in Carrer Roger de Llòria 11, 230 m away. 

Access:

There are five entrances to the building, all with automatically opening doors and over 120 cm wide.

Access from Pérez Bayer Street to the interior of the building without any unevenness, with a 3% slope on the pavement.

From Colon Street, access without unevenness.

From the corner of Colón-Lauria Street, ramp with 100 cm length, 11.2% slope and more than 120 cm free passage width.

From Calle Lauria, an access with a ramp 150 cm long and 6% slope and another with a ramp 207 cm long and 6% slope. Both with a free passage width of more than 120 cm.

Toilets:

There are unisex adapted toilets on all floors of the building except for the ground floor. All of them are located next to the lifts.

In case of emergency, the lock does not allow opening from the outside.

Anatomical washbasin, 80 cm high. Lower free height of 72 cm and 55 cm depth. It is not possible to use it from the toilet. Pressure tap. In the cafeteria the washbasin is height adjustable.

With simple handrails on both sides of the staircase, located at a height of 100 cm. Extended at intermediate landings and at embarkation/disembarkation areas. Non-slip and homogeneous flooring.

Ground to third floors connected by two modules of escalators and a module between the third and sixth floors. An independent module between the Ground and Semi-Basement floors. All are 100 cm wide, with handrails at 92 cm height and two flush steps at the beginning and end. With alternative route by means of a lift. 

Lift:

There are four lifts between the floors Parking 3 and Sexta, with a free passage width of 110 cm and a cabin of 187x196 cm. Call buttons at 120 cm high, interior buttons at 112-136 cm high and handrails at 94 cm high. With mirror.

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Cafeteria/restaurant located on the 6th floor, with accessible itinerary.

Entrance area and corridors over 120 cm wide with free passage.

Single-foot tables, 74.5 cm high. At the bottom, 71.5 cm high, 60 cm wide and 31 cm deep. Reserved area with door over 120 cm wide with free passage.

Access to the terrace from the cafeteria/restaurant is via automatically opening doors with a clear passage width of more than 120 cm.

All with two flush steps and tactile signage at the beginning and end of the staircase. With contrasting bands on each step. Without luminous signalling indicating the direction of ascent/descent. With alternative route by means of a lift. 

Homogeneous illumination.  

Lift:

There are four lifts between the 3rd and 6th floors, with non-contrasting buttons, without Braille and with bas-relief. With handrails at a height of 94 cm. It does not have sound signals that indicate the stop floor and the direction of travel. The floor in front of the door is not marked with a tactile-visual strip. It has an audible alarm signal and intercom.

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Cafeteria/restaurant located on the 6th floor, with an accessible route. Eyebrow-blind, non-slip, homogeneous flooring. 

Menu with contrasting texts in large, medium and small fonts. 

Homogeneous illumination.
