The Casino carries out activities in collaboration with groups and associations of people with disabilities. Among others, they hold an annual Poker Tournament for deaf people. 

It has a defibrillator located next to reception. 

It allows access for a guide dog.

There are two lifts that connect the carpark with the Ground Floor, and one which connects the Ground Floor with the First Floor. With visual information both inside and outside of the cab.

Physical

Car park:

Four reserved parking spaces, two on each of the two floors of the Casino carpark. With horizontal signage and more than 220x450 cm. Accessible via a lift and doors with a minimum 80 cm clear width.

Access:

Access via a staircase with eleven steps, 17 cm riser height and 30 cm tread depth. Slip-resistant strips on each step, and handrails on both sides. Alternative access via a ramp with three sections more than 120 cm wide, 350 m long and a 3.5% incline. Building entrance doors with 117 cm clear width.

Reception:

Located on ground floor, with an accessible route. Counter height, 118 cm.

Indoor mobility:

It has two terraces, one on the Ground Floor and another on the First Floor. Both with an entrance with no change in level and door with a minimum 80 cm clear width. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. Partly carpeted. More than 120 cm clear width in corridors, occasionally narrowing to 70 cm. 80 cm minimum clear door width.

Toilets:

There are two adapted toilets on the Ground Floor, one is unisex (a key is required to access it) and the women's is next to the restaurant. The adapted men's toilet is located on the Basement Floor. Unisex toilet door with 83 cm clear width. Washbasin 85 cm high with a no pedestal, 70 cm clear space underneath and 53 cm depth. Pressure tap. Height of mirror, 113 cm. Approach to the toilet, 21 cm wide on the left side, 87 cm on the right and 89 cm in front. Toilet seat height, 44 cm. Folding grab bars on the right and left, at a height of 64-80 cm and 60-77 cm, respectively. Distance between grab bars, 65 cm. No alarm system inside the cubicle.

Stairs:

A stair with three sections connects the Ground Floor with the First Floor. Steps with 17 cm riser height and 29 cm tread depth, with slip-resistant strips and a handrail on one side. Alternative route via an escalator and a lift. The Ground and Basement floor are connected via a curved staircase with three sections, the largest of which has twelve steps, with a 17 cm riser and an variable tread depth. With slip-resistant strips and handrails on both sides. Alternative route via a lift.

Lift:

There are two lifts that connect the carpark with the Ground Floor, and one which connects the Ground Floor with the First Floor. Doors with 90 cm clear width and a 139x111 cm cab. Height of call buttons, 95 cm; height of cab buttons, 90-117 cm.

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Located on the Ground Floor, accessible via three steps. Alternative route via a ramp comprising two sections of 280 cm and 260 cm respectively, both with 8% incline and 116 cm wide. Tables 76 cm high, with a clear space underneath 72 cm high. At least 120 cm aisle width between the tables, occasionally narrowing to approximately 70 cm. Height of self-service counter, 87 cm; 78 cm clearance underneath and 32 cm depth. 120 cm clear width along counter, with no possibility of sliding a tray along the entire length. Food and items placed at a height of approximately 87 cm.

Visual

Access:

Access by means of a staircase with eleven steps, 17 cm high and 30 cm of tread. Touch-screen strips on each step and handrails on both sides. Alternative access by means of a ramp with three sections and approximately 350 m in length. Access doors to the building made of glass, with contrasting signs and automatic opening.  

Reception:

Located on the ground floor with an unobstructed route. 118 cm high counter with direct lighting.  

Interior mobility:

The building has three floors connected by stairs, lifts and an escalator. The reception, part of the casino and the restaurant are on the ground floor. On the first floor, the casino and terrace and on the basement, the party room. It also has two floors of its own parking. It has two terraces, one on the Ground Floor and the other on the First Floor. Both with access without unevenness and a door with a minimum passage of 80 cm wide. Itinerary free of obstacles. Pavement without eyebrows, non-slip and homogeneous. Partly covered with carpet. There are glass doors without contrasting signs. Non-homogeneous illumination  

Toilets:

There are toilets for men and women on the three floors of the building. Door signs with approved symbols, non-tactile and with chromatic contrast, located at a height of 160 cm. Toilet door contrasted with the wall. Homogeneous illumination without timer. Non-slip flooring.  

Stairs:

There is a staircase of three sections that communicates the ground and first floors. Stairs of 17 cm high and 29 cm of tread, with tactovisual bands, without mouthpiece and with protection socket. Handrails on one side. Alternative route by means of lift and escalator without visual signs on each step. The ground and basement floors are connected by a curved staircase with three sections, the longest with twelve steps, 17 cm high and variable tread. With touch-sensitive strips, without a mouthpiece and without a protective base on one side. Handrail on one side. Alternative itinerary by means of a lift.  

Lift:

There are two lifts that connect the car park with the ground floor, and one that connects the ground floor with the first floor. Buttons with high relief, in Braille and without chromatic contrast. No sound signals indicating the stop floor and the direction of travel.  

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Access via three steps with visual and light signals. Alternative itinerary by means of a ramp with two sections of approximately 5 m in length, with non-slip strips. Non-slip and homogeneous pavement. Medium font lettering with contrasting text. Non-homogeneous lighting.
