Stairs:

The hotel has three floors with two mezzanines. The main door connects the entire hotel. The longest section has eleven steps with 17 cm riser height and 28 cm tread depth. Single handrail on one side of staircase, at a height of 110 cm. Extended onto intermediate landings or lift boarding and landing areas. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. There is an alternative route via the lift. 

Adapted room:

The hotel has an adapted room, located on the mezzanine accessible by lift. Heavy door with a clear width of 90 cm and a spring hinge. Opens with a handle placed at a height of 102 cm. Barrier free space to approach the bed, 80 cm on the right side and 133 cm on the left side. Bed 55 cm high with access to light control mechanisms. Height of environmental controls, 112 cm. Height of wardrobe shelves and drawers, 10-210 cm, with height adjustable bar. Easy to open pulls. 

Adapted en-suite toilet:

Toilet door does not contrast with the wall. The lighting is not uniform. The toilet and shower are in a separate room from the washbasins and bathtub. Access through a sliding door with 100 cm clear width. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. Approach to the toilet, 25 cm wide on the right side and 88 cm on the left. More than 150 cm approach from the front. Height of seat, 44 cm. Folding grab bars on both sides, at a height of 53-55 cm. Distance between grab bars, 66 cm. Slip-resistant shower floor, level with the rest of the facility. Shower seat available on request. Wall-mounted accessible mixer tap, at a height of 110 cm. Located on the Basement Floor, accessible via a lift and stairs. Dining room with two levels separated by three steps with 12 cm riser height and 14 cm tread depth. Corridor more than 120 cm wide. One-leg tables, 73 cm high. Height of lower edge, 71 cm; 70 cm width and 44 cm depth. At least 120 cm clear width between tables. Height of self-service counter, 94 cm. More than 150 cm clear width to allow passage along edge of counter. With table service. Menu can be adapted. 

Meeting room:

Located on a basement floor. It has two rooms, with access of over 120 cm clear width in both.

Glass main door with visual signage in low-contrasting colours and an isolated step 12 cm high. Loose doormat in front of the door. Slip-resistant floor surface.

The lighting is not uniform and has no timer. Slip-resistant floor surface. No unmarked barriers or projecting elements. 

Lift:

Lift with contrasted buttons. Handrail height, 90 cm. Floor in front of the lift door indicated with a tactile-visual strip. Equipped with an audio alarm and intercom. 

Stairs:

A main stair connects all of the hotel. With luminous signage at the top and bottom of the staircase. Steps with no nosing, no tactile-visual signage and with edge protection. Handrails extend onto the intermediate landings. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. The lighting is not uniform. 

Room:

The room number is at a height of 176 cm. It is tactile and not in contrasting colours. Door not contrasted with the wall. Smooth floor surface. The furniture does not hinder circulation. The lighting is not uniform.
