H.M. The Queen Trophy at the Yacht Club

Between June 22 and July 2, the Real Club Náutico de Valencia is celebrating the 2023 edition of the H.M. The Queen Trophy.

The competition kicks off June 22-25 with the 220-mile ORC Offshore Race.

Then, from June 30 to July 2, the fleet will take part in the windward-to-leeward inshore and coastal regattas, when the waters of Valencia will also host the J80 Spanish Cup.

The H.M. The Queen Trophy is a top regatta and has open registration for boats with valid ORC Measurement Certificates in classes ORC 0, ORC 1, ORC 2, ORC 3, ORC 4, J80, Club Swan 42 Class, ORC Open and Promotion Class for inshore races.

As for the offshore races, boats with a valid “Double Handed” certificate of measurement and ORC Habitability for 2023 are allowed.

What about the cup?

The Spanish Cup in the J80 Class will be held in the open, mixed (at least 40% of the crew must be of different gender) and youth (sailors born on or after 1998) categories.
