It’s no secret that Valencia has a fantastic music scene. Pop, rock, reggae, reggaeton and soul concerts... There’s a bit of everything!
Of course, the city hasn’t forgotten about traditional music, flamenco singing and the tapping of heels, because… who wouldn’t fancy an evening out with a flamenco rhythm?
In Valencia, as with other styles, there’s plenty to go round. Take a look!
Every year, the magic of Mediterranean guitar comes to life with this series of events, which is the perfect way to experience flamenco in an intimate and peaceful setting. Until July 2026, two well-known venues in the city will be hosting a number of performances. They are as follows:
· 1, 15 and 29 July at 7:30 p.m. – “Rambleta Flamenca” show – La Rambleta
· 24 June and 8 and 22 July at 8:00 p.m. – “Flamenco íntimo” show - Espacio Inestable
This iconic venue hosts one-hour performances by national and international artists. There are performances on Thursdays at 9:30 p.m., on Fridays and Saturdays at 10:00 p.m. and on Sundays at 8:00 p.m.
Tickets cost €20 — including one drink (beer, soft drink or sangria) — and you can buy them at the box office one hour before each screening.
The stage at the Teatre Talia is also transformed into a flamenco tablao, where the clatter of heels, cante jondo, the jaleo, the clapping and the guitar playing take centre stage at these events:
· 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 July, and 6 and 13 August at 5:30 p.m. – “Teatre Tablao Flamenco” show – From €20
· 14 July at 8:00 p.m.- Tribute to Parrita – From €20
With over 30 years’ history in the Poblados Marítimos, this tablao offers you the chance to enjoy an evening of flamenco accompanied by the city’s finest traditional dishes.
Best of all, you can come on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. or on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 8:30 p.m. There’s plenty to choose from!
