The Mostra Proava Wine and Charcuterie Fair will be back from 24 to 28 April 2025 with the 35th edition, bringing you the best of local gastronomy and artisan products.
The event will be taking place in the Turia Garden, between two bridges - the Puente de la Exposición and the Puente de las Flores.
This year's slogan is Vuelta al Origen [Back to the Roots), because the event pays tribute to the very spirit of our producers and the incredible work they do to create 0KM wines, beers, oils, cheeses, charcuterie products and sweet treats.
La Mostra: something for everyone
Regardless of whether you're a foodie or a professional in the sector, at the Mostra Proava you'll find spaces dedicated to tastings, show cookings, concerts and much more.
Coming with the kids? No problem, they're welcome too, and there'll be specific activities for them.

- Thursday, April 24 (18:00-22:00): €15 with 1 wristband, 1 glass, and 4 tastings.
- Friday, April 25 (10:00-11:00 & 16:00): €15 with 1 wristband, 1 glass, and 4 tastings.
- Friday, April 25 (18:00-22:00): €15 with 1 wristband, 1 glass.
- Saturday, April 26, Sunday, April 27, and Monday, April 28 (11:00-22:00, all-day entry): €20 with 1 wristband, 1 glass, and 4 tastings for visitors arriving before 13:00. After 13:00, entry does not include tastings.
