Written information on the services provided. There are information panels in each room with pictograms or short texts. No emergency alarms with visual alerts. 

Communal toilets:

No visual aide to indicate free or occupied. No gap underneath the cubicle door. 

Lift:

There is a stop button and visual information inside and outside of cab. Equipped with emergency visual alert. 

Room:

With Internet connection. There is written information on the hotel's services. Television with teletext and illuminated alarm service. Enables communication with the reception desk. Plug next to the bed. No peephole in the door. The toilet door does not allow communication with the outside. 

Car park:

Several reserved public parking spaces, 220x450 cm, with vertical and horizontal signage: ten in Plaza Pioneros, 50 m away, and three in Avenida Neptuno, 160 m away. With an accessible, evenly paved route to the hotel. Approach area of more than 120 cm on left and right sides. Parking spaces reserved in the public carpark in Plaza Pioneros, with accessible route to the hotel. 

Access:

Main entrance with five steps, 15 cm high, served by a platform lift. Door with 200 cm clear width. Foldable opening via a handle placed at a height of 100 cm. 

Reception:

Located on Ground Floor, accessible and with no changes in level. Counter 109 cm high, 57 cm clearance and 47 cm depth underneath. 

Indoor mobility:

Route with no changes in level and a smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. Corridors more than 120 cm wide. 

Toilets in communal areas:

Adapted cubicle in the women's toilets. With an accessible route. Signage on door with standardised symbol. Slip-resistant floor surface. Sliding toilet door with 80 cm clear width. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. Cubicle door with 80 cm clear width and no spring hinges. Turning circle inside the cubicle is 150 cm in diameter. The washbasin is 84 cm high, with no pedestal. The basin is 53 cm wide, with 68 cm clearance underneath. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 110 cm. Width to approach the toilet, 60 cm on the right side and more than 150 cm in front. Toilet seat height, 43 cm. Folding grab bar on the right side and fixed grab bar on the left, at a height of 66 cm. Distance between grab bars, 94 cm. No alarm system inside the cubicle. 

Lift:

A lift connects the Basement and Third Floor. Located on an accessible floor with an accessible route. Door with 80 cm clear width and a 80x130 cm cab. Height of call buttons, 103 cm; height of cab buttons, 105 cm; and height of handrail, 98 cm. 

Stairs:

A lift connects the Basement with the Third Floor. Alternative route via a lift. Stair with ten landings and nine even steps with 18 cm riser height and 28 cm tread depth. Handrail on both sides of stair, at a height of 95 cm. Not extended onto intermediate landings or lift boarding and landing areas. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. 

Adapted room:

Located on an accessible floor. Door with 82 cm clear width. Barrier-free approach to bed on both sides. Bed 60 cm high with no access to control mechanisms. Wardrobe with no shelves or drawers. Easy to open pulls. 

Adapted en-suite toilet:

Door opens inward, with a door handle and 82 cm clear width. No spring hinge. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. The washbasin is 83 cm high, with no pedestal. With a clear space underneath 78 cm high and 49 cm deep. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Tap with a motion sensor. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 100 cm. Approach to the toilet, 88 cm wide on the left side and 170 cm in front. Height of seat, 40 cm. Folding grab bars on both sides, at a height of 68 cm. Distance between grab bars, 57 cm. Slip-resistant shower floor, level with the rest of the facility. Folding seat available, with option to attach the back to the wall. A wheelchair that fits into the shower is also available. Wall-mounted accessible mixer tap, at a height of 80 cm. Horizontal grab bars, at a height of 85 cm. With telephone alarm inside the cubicle. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Located on an accessible floor. Door with more than 200 cm clear width. Permanently open. Four-leg tables, 80 cm high, with cross bar at a height of 74 cm. Height of lower edge, 74 cm; 80 cm width and 80 cm depth. At least 120 cm clear width between tables. 

Access:

Main entrance with five steps, 15 cm high. Automatic glass main door with no high-contrast visual signage. 

Reception:

Route with no changes in level and barrier free, with a smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. Uniform lighting. Counter height, 109 cm. 

Indoor mobility:

Barrier free route. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface, with no bumps. The information signs have contrasted, embossed pictograms. Uniform lighting. 

Communal toilets:

Men's and women's toilets marked with standardised tactile pictograms, contrasting colours and at a height of 154 cm. Toilet door not contrasted with the wall. Uniform lighting with no timer. Slip-resistant floor surface. No unmarked barriers and projecting elements. 

Lift:

Main lift with contrasted buttons, in Braille characters and embossed. Handrail height, 98 cm. Equipped with audio signals to indicate floor landing and direction of movement. Floor in front of the lift door indicated with a tactile-visual strip. Equipped with an audio alarm and intercom. 

Room:

Door does not contrast with the wall, but has illuminated signals on each side. Smooth floor. The furniture does not hinder circulation. Uniform lighting. Toilet door does not contrast with the wall. Uniform lighting in toilet cubicle.

Barrier free route. Uniform lighting.
