Car park:

The hotel has 16 reserved parking spaces, 400x320 cm, in its own carpark, with vertical and horizontal signage, even paving and an accessible route to the hotel via a lift. 

Access:

The main entrance has a stair with a handrail in the centre and on the sides, with eight steps 18 cm high, served by a ramp 130 cm long, 157 cm wide and 18% incline. Automatic door with 90 cm clear width. 

Reception:

Located on Ground Floor, with an accessible route. The entrance hall is divided into two heights, serviced by a ramp 850 cm long, 140 cm wide and 95 incline, with a handrail. Reception desk 85 cm high, with a clear space underneath 75 cm high and 60 cm deep. 

Indoor mobility:

The building has 19 floors, three of which are a carpark, connected via a stair and a lift. Any existing changes in level are serviced by a ramp or platform lift. All the areas in the hotel are accessible. Corridors more than 120 cm wide, with a carpeted floor surface. Doors in corridors with at least 80 cm clear width. Smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. 

Toilets in communal areas:

There are adapted toilets on the Ground Floor and First Floor. Signage on door with standardised symbol. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. Toilet door with handle opening inward, with 80 cm clear width, with no change in level. With spring hinge. Cubicle door with door handle, opening inward, with 80 cm clear width. No spring hinge. Easy to handle lock. The lock can be opened from the outside in the event of an emergency. Turning circle inside the cubicle is 150 cm in diameter. Washbasin with no pedestal, 80 cm high. The basin is 65 cm wide, with 70 cm clearance underneath. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Height of the lower edge of the mirror, 100 cm. Upright. Folding grab bar on the right side and fixed grab bar on the left side. Height of the grab bars, 70 cm on the left and 73 cm on the right. Distance between grab bars, 57 cm. Approach to the toilet, 80 cm wide on the left side. Height of seat, 46 cm. No alarm system inside the cubicle. 

Lift:

Seven lifts connect Ground Floor to the terrace on the 17th Floor. They have an 80 cm clear width and a 100x130 cm cabs. Height of call buttons, 95 cm; height of cab buttons, 107 cm; and height of handrail, 100 cm. 

Stairs:

Two stairs connect all the floors in the hotel. A lift provides an accessible alternative route. With steps with 17 cm rise height, 28 cm tread depth and a single handrail on one side, at a height of 100 cm. Extending onto intermediate landings. Smooth, slip resistant floor surface. 

Adapted room:

There are three adapted rooms on different floors. Door with 90 cm clear width. Barrier free space to approach the bed, 80 cm on the left side and 160 cm on the right side. Bed 50 cm high with access to light control mechanisms. Height of environmental controls, 70 cm. Height of wardrobe shelves and drawers, 50-120 cm. Easy to open pulls. 

Adapted en-suite toilet:

Sliding door with 90 cm clear width. Easy to handle lock. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. Washbasin 90 cm high, no pedestal, with a clear space underneath 70 cm high and 65 cm deep. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 100 cm. Width to approach the toilet, 80 cm on the right side and 120 cm in front. Height of seat, 50 cm. Folding grab bar on the right side at a height of 73 cm and fixed grab bar on the left side. Distance between grab bars, 57 cm. Slip-resistant shower floor, not level with the rest of the facility. Vertical grab bar, at a height of 65 cm. Wall-mounted accessible mixer tap, at a height of 100 cm. None of the rooms has its own transfer bench. 

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

The café is located on the Ground Floor and the restaurant on the First Floor. Both have an accessible route. The restaurant door has 90 cm clear width. One-leg table. Height of lower edge, 70 cm; 70 cm width and 70 cm depth. At least 120 cm clear width between tables. Height of self-service counter, 90 cm. Adapted menus available to suit any need. 

Meeting room:

There are 14 meeting rooms and multipurpose rooms, all of which are accessible via a lift. Doors with 90 cm clear width. Moveable furniture. Tables 77 cm high, with a clear space underneath 72 cm high and 60 cm deep. 

Gymnasium:

Located on the Second Floor, with accessible access. Changing room with door opening inward and with 80 cm clear width. The access to the showers has a step 20 cm high. 

swimming pool:

Located on the outdoor terrace, uncovered in summer and covered in winter. A lift provides an accessible route. Access to the swimming pool via a ramp with two sections, 3 m and 6 m long, respectively. With handrail at a height of 150 cm extending onto the intermediate landings. The swimming pool is equipped with a pool lift. Access from the terrace to the swimming pool via a ramp or platform lift. 

Visual

Access:

Automatic glass main door with no high-contrast visual signage. Preceded by eight steps 18 cm high and no visual-tactile signage. With handrail in the centre and on the sides. Fixed doormat behind the door.

Not equipped with audio signals to indicate floor landing and direction of movement. Floor in front of the lift door not indicated with a tactile-visual strip.

There are two identical interior stairs that connect all the floors in the hotel. Slip-resistant, smooth floor surface. Visual-tactile signage at the top and bottom of stairs. Steps with no nosing, no tactile-visual signage and with edge protection. Handrails extend onto the intermediate landings. Uniform lighting.

Door contrasts with the wall. Smooth floor. The furniture does not hinder circulation. Uniform lighting. Toilet door contrasts with the wall. Uniform lighting in toilet cubicle.
