There are no nearby public parking spaces for PLM. Four parking spaces reserved in the hotel's own car park, 220x450 cm. With horizontal and vertical signage, even paving and accessible route to the hotel via a lift.

Main entrance with five steps, 40 cm high. Alternative entrance with a ramp, 20% incline, 200 cm long and 90 cm wide. Access via a revolving door that can be opened manually, convertible into an adapted entrance. 

Reception:

Located on accessible ground floor. With changes in level served by a ramp. Counter height, 112 cm. 

Indoor mobility:

No changes in level in the routes on each floor. Corridors more than 120 cm wide, with a smooth, slip-resistant floor surface. Doors in corridors with at least 130 cm clear width. Smooth, carpeted, slip-resistant floor surface. 

Toilets in communal areas:

One adapted toilet. With an accessible route. Signage on door with standardised symbol. Slip-resistant floor surface. Easy to open pulls. 

En-suite toilet:

Sliding door with 90 cm clear width. There is a space in front of and behind the door of 150 cm or more. Washbasin 80 cm high with a front panel, with a clear space 70 cm high and 60 cm deep underneath. It cannot be reached from the toilet. Mixer tap. Upright mirror; height of lower edge, 100 cm. Approach to the toilet, 120 cm wide on the right side. Height of seat, 50 cm. Folding grab bar on right side, at a height of 72 cm.
