The schedule of the screenings varies according to the season. You can consult the screening times of each film on the website. 

Located in a flat pedestrian area with homogeneous pavement. 

Building for the projection of films in different formats: large format IMAX Dome cinema. Full Dome digital cinema and 3D format. 

There are reduced rates for people with disabilities with supporting documents. One free ticket for the companion of visitors with disabilities, depending on the degree of disability. 

Two free tickets for groups of up to thirty people with disabilities. From thirty onwards, one more free ticket for every fifteen people with disabilities. For the concession of extraordinary free tickets it is necessary to specify the degree of disability through the e-mail reservas@cac.es. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

It allows access for a guide dog. 

It has headphones for listening to the screenings in Spanish, Valencian (depending on the screening), English, French and Italian. 

There are contrasting signs with approved pictograms, with information about spaces and itineraries. 

Guided tours can be booked in advance by calling 902 100 031. Maximum of 20 people per guide.

Access:

Fully glazed door.  

Reception:

118 cm high counter with screen, without magnetic induction loop.  

Toilets:

No free/occupied visual system. No free lower band in cabin door.  

Lift:

There is a lift through which you can access the building and connect the hall and the projection room. For its use from the outside, authorisation from the Hemisfèric staff is required. There are no visual signs on the outside indicating the floor on which it is located or the direction of travel.  

Shop:

Access through a glass door that opens permanently.

Physical

Parking:

Fourteen spaces reserved on each of the two floors of the Umbracle underground car park, with horizontal signs. The route to the Hemisferic is accessible by two adapted lifts located in the side cones of the Umbracle.  

Access:

Main entrance with a staircase with two sections of 24 steps each and handrails on both sides. Alternative entrance by lift. It is necessary to warn the staff as a key is needed to use it. Access to the projection room by means of a ramp with a 2.44% slope and 19 m in length. With homogeneous, non-slip flooring. Flanked by photographs and explanatory panels about the building.  

Reception:

Ticket offices located in the hall of the building, with an itinerary accessible by lift. There is an alternative customer service area for people with reduced mobility.  

Interior mobility:

Accessible itinerary. Free width of passage in doors and corridors greater than 120 cm. Homogeneous, non-slip flooring.  

Toilets:

One adapted cabin in the men's toilet and another one in the women's one, with accessible itinerary and non-slip pavement. Located in the hall of the building. Toilet door opening inwards with a type C handle and 85 cm wide free passage. Without return spring. There is a space of over 150 cm in front of and behind the door. Cabin door opening inwards with handle type C, with 90 cm clear passage width. Without return spring. A circle with a diameter of 150 cm cannot be inscribed inside the cabin. 90 cm high basin without pedestal, with 77 cm free height below and 62 cm depth. It is not possible to use it from the toilet. Pressure tap. Mirror not inclined, 90 cm high. Toilet access space of 30 cm on the left side and 120 cm on the right side. With 76 cm front access once the door is closed. Toilet seat 45 cm high. Folding bar on the right and fixed on the left, both at 83 cm height. Separation between bars of 65 cm. No alarm system inside the cabin.  

Lift:

There is a lift through which you can access the building and communicate the hall and the projection room. For its use from the outside, authorisation from the Hemisfèric staff is required. With a free passage width of 90 cm and a cabin of 140x120 cm. With handrails and call buttons at a height of 115 cm.  

Projection room:

Itinerary accessible for people with reduced mobility by means of an adapted lift. There are four places that can be adapted for wheelchairs. It is necessary to communicate the wish to use them when buying or reserving the ticket.  

Cafeteria / Restaurant:

Cafeteria located in the hall of the building, with accessible itinerary. Door with more than 90 cm wide, with permanent opening.

Shop:

Located in the hall of the building. Entrance without unevenness by means of door of permanent opening. Shelves located at heights between 10-185 cm. Passage width in corridors greater than 90 cm. Counter not adapted. Uniform, non-slip flooring. 

Visual

Access:

Main glass door with contrasting visual signs preceded by a staircase with two sections of 24 steps each and handrails on both sides. With tactile-visual bands on each of the steps. With fixed mat behind the door.  

Reception:

Lockers located in the hall of the building with an obstacle-free route. Homogeneous, non-slip flooring. Homogeneous illumination. 118 cm high counter without direct lighting.  

Interior mobility:

Obstacle-free itinerary and no unmarked cantilevered elements. Homogeneous, non-slip, eyebrow-free flooring. Glass doors with contrasting signs are available. Homogeneous illumination.  

Toilets:

Men's and women's toilets marked with approved pictograms, without chromatic contrast and not tactile, located at a height of 90 cm. Toilet door not contrasted with the wall. Homogeneous illumination without timer. Anti-slip flooring. No obstacles or unmarked overhangs.  

Lift:

There is a lift through which you can access the building and communicate with the hall and the projection room. For its use from the outside, authorisation from Hemisfèric staff is required. It has a glass door and no tactile-visual signs in front of the door. With buttons in high relief and Braille. Without acoustic signals indicating the direction of movement or the floor where it stops.  

Projection room:

Stairs to access the seats with light signals. Tenuous and not homogeneous illumination.  

Cafeteria / Restaurant:

Cafeteria located on the lower level, with an obstacle-free route. Access door to the cafeteria always open. Homogeneous, non-slip flooring. Homogeneous lighting.

Shop:

Located on the lower level. Entrance without unevenness by means of door of permanent opening. Homogeneous pavement, without eyebrows and non-slip. Homogeneous illumination.
