Something big is cooking at the Town Hall Square on June 8th and 9th, 2024!
It's TastArròs 2024. An incredible event where you can fully immerse yourself in the rice culture of València.
TastArròs is packed with contests like the race to be the "fastest farmer" and the showdown of eight young chefs competing for the title of "rice chef of the future."
All their recipes will use the star ingredient: rice with D.O. Arròs de València — Senia, Albufera, and Bomba.
In addition to contests, you can savor delicious rice dishes prepared by 26 restaurants at popular prices, from classics like Valencian paella to the most innovative creations.
And that's not all!
There will be workshops for the whole family, exhibitions, talks about the diversity of Valencian recipes, good music, and the chance to see an urban "sequer" up close.
As the cherry on top, fifteen chefs will surprise you with the culinary innovations that are trending among the best chefs.
