As is tradition in Valencia, Their Majesties the Three Wise Men from the East will arrive by boat to Plaza de la Sal, in the Northern Marina around 4:30 p.m. on Monday, January 5th.
Thus, Melchior, Gaspar, and Balthazar will stay true to the tradition of the most special night of the year for boys and girls, walking alongside their entourages through the city streets. The Three Kings' floats will start moving, and excitement will be palpable in the air.
The parade route goes throughNavarro Reverter, Puerta del Mar, General Palanca, General Tovar, Paz, Plaza de la Reina, San Vicente, Plaza del Ayuntamiento y Marqués de Sotelo. There, in front of the Town Hall balcony, a nativity scene of natural size awaits, and the Kings will pause to adore the Child. Afterward, they will enter the Crystal Hall of the Town Hall for a public reception with the little ones who come to deliver their letters or see their majesties.
