The Ateneo Mercantil de Valencia is hosting an exhibit on Andy Warhol, a tribute to the international Pop Art icon.
The exhibit consists of a total of 112 exclusive works, including several of the artist's most important creations, like the famous Campbell's Soup, the portrait of Marylin Monroe or the one of Mao.
The exhibit also includes different pieces that are rarely shown, such as the series "Ladies & Gentlemen" and some works made in his early days as an advertising creator.
Thus, by going on a meticulous journey spanning the forty years of Andy Warhol's career, the public can enjoy this chance to get to know the artist in depth and step inside the world of Pop Art and screen printing, his most representative technique.
