Seven open-air evenings with free admission in the Gothic cloister
The Centre del Carme de València de Cultura Contemporània (CCCC) is the outdoor venue for concerts of the Valencia International Performance Academy & Festival (VIPA) in its 12th edition, this time featuring Piano and Composition specialties.
VIPA brings together young musical talents each year from the world's most prestigious schools such as the Yale School of Music, National Taiwan Normal University, and the José Iturbi Conservatory in València. The festival combines masterclasses by distinguished professionals with a festival featuring numerous performances by these young talents.
The Gothic cloister hosts seven piano evenings, free of charge, starting at 22:00. Doors open at 21:30.
VIPA Festival Schedule
Concerts begin on July 2nd at 22:00 with a recital by the winners of the Valencia International Performance Academy & Festival (VIPA) 2023 at the Claustro del Centre del Carme.
VIPA Piano students' concerts will take place on the nights of July 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th, and 9th, at the same location and time. Finally, on Wednesday, July 10th, the Closing Gala will feature a recital by the winners of the VIPA International Piano Competition 2024.
