OceanFest 2026 at the Oceanogràfic in Valencia
Categories: music, show.
TOURISTIC AREA: City of Arts and Alameda
Explore the ocean through art, science and music at this event dedicated to protecting our seas.
From 14 to 24 May 2026, Valencia will become a major hub for marine conservation with a new edition of “OceanFest”.
This festival was born as a meeting place where creativity and scientific knowledge go hand in hand to take you to discover the richness and fragility of our seas.
For more than a week, the city will host an array of exhibitions, conferences, workshops and live music performances with the aim of promoting commitment to the marine environment.
What makes this event special is its ability to connect with citizens from different angles. Through illustration and photography, you will see the impact of everyday life on the seas, and through science, you will gain the insights needed to understand the current challenges posed by climate change.
And although most of the festival’s programme takes place at the Oceanogràfic, there will also be other venues such as the Serranos Towers, the La Nau Cultural Centre and other locations within the City of Arts and Sciences.
