After the interruption in 2020, you can again enjoy the Valencia Kite Festival, now in its 22nd edition, on Easter Monday
The most anticipated event for kite lovers is back! A day full of color, fun and sea breeze brought to you by the Comet Club of the Valencian Community and its 22nd Valencia Comet Festival.
On Monday, April 10, the sky over the seafront will be filled with vibrant colors dancing to the beat of the wind: a show full of life that you can't pass up.
Starting at 11 am, the young and not so young will be able to enjoy this family event, which will feature free activities for the little ones. From wind gardens to acrobatic flight displays, fun is guaranteed for everyone who shows up.
And of course, if you have your own kite, don't hesitate to join in on this multicolored parade. Whether you're an expert kite flier or just starting out, this festival gives you the chance to share the joy of flying your colors in the sky in a special setting.

El espacio de la playa del Cabanyal se dividirá en dos grandes zonas: una de competición y una de exhibición.
La jornada comenzará a las 11:30 horas, y se extenderá hasta las 19:00 horas con un amplio programa de actividades.
Se han programado tres talleres totalmente gratuitos para niñas y niños de 8 a 14 años, quienes podrán aprender la construcción de un tipo de cometa denominada teja. Los horarios de los talleres serán a las 11:30, a las 12:30 y a las 17:00 horas, y la participación será por turno de inscripción hasta completar el aforo de personas inscritas en la web del club, https://milotxesclub.com/festival-2023.php.
Durante toda la jornada habrá cometas estáticas de diferentes tamaños, entre ellas varias cometas gigantes de más de 30 metros. También se podrá ver el vuelo de varias cometas acrobáticas de 2 y 4 hilos.
La parte competitiva se realizará por la tarde, a partir de las 17:00 horas, en la zona acotada de competición, cuando dará comienzo el Campeonato de la Comunidad Valenciana de Vuelo de Cometas Acrobáticas de 2 y 4 hilos.
