Get your trainers on and come and compete in the best fitness events in Valencia.
On 8 and 9 March 2025, Feria Valencia becomes a battlefield with HYROX, an event that mixes running and exercise routines to put you to the test.
Each challenge consists of a 1 km run followed by an exercise that is repeated eight times.
There are no excuses here; just effort, sweat and a programme that will leave you breathless from 9 am onwards.
Are you able to cope with the 8 workouts and races on your own? Or would you prefer to share the experience?
Either way, the goal is to cross the finish line and see your name on the big screen.
Rewards include the coveted HYROX finisher patch, bragging rights for your times and, if you're one of the star performers, a place at the World Championships.
There will also be refreshments, photographers ready to immortalise your suffering face and a great atmosphere that will make you feel invincible.
Remember to bring your registration QR code and your ID card and to sign up at least one hour before your allotted time slot.
Without all that, there's no glory!
