GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT
1. Identification of the offeror
The entity with which you are contracting is the Fundació Visit Valencia de la Comunitat Valenciana with registered office at Avd. Cortes Valencianas, 41 bajo, 46015 Valencia (Spain), CIF G46893467 and registered in the Register of Foundations of the Comunitat Valenciana, with number CV-90 (hereinafter, "La Fundació").
The Fundació makes its products available to consumers through the following sales channels: points of sale open to the public in the city of Valencia (hereinafter, the "TOURISM OFFICES"); its website: https://www.visitvalencia.com/shop, (hereinafter, the "Website"); and at the digital kiosks set up for this purpose.
The address for the purpose of complaints will correspond to the address indicated as the registered office of the company.
2. Object
The present general conditions of contracting (hereinafter, the "Conditions") regulate the contracting of the products and services that are offered by La Fundació, all through its Web Page, Tourist Offices and digital kiosks, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties, derived from the purchase and sale operations agreed between them.
The owner of the Website reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time and at its sole discretion, so we advise the user to review them frequently.
3. Placing an order
The placing of an order on this Website and the purchase of a product/service in person at any of our Tourist Offices or digital kiosks implies acceptance by the consumer or user of all the conditions stipulated in this document.
4. Purchase process
Acquisition of products/services through our channels.
In order to purchase the products or services offered on the Website, you must fill in the fields with the required data and accept these general conditions. This acceptance will mean the express, full and unreserved agreement with all the general conditions set out in the version published by the Fundació Visit València de la Comunitat Valenciana and which will bind both parties.
The system will issue a personal voucher detailing the services and products purchased, specifying the total price and taxes.
All transactions will be carried out through secure payment platforms and with total guarantee of confidentiality of your data.
After validation of the payment, the transaction will be final and the user will receive a confirmation email detailing the details of the transaction.
The Fundació Visit València de la Comunitat Valenciana will ensure that all products and services offered have the legal coverage, quality guarantees and, where appropriate, the corresponding insurance.
Fundació Visit València is not responsible for the loss or theft of TICKETS.
5. Prices
The price of our products and services is that which is indicated at all times during the purchase process. All prices shown include the VAT applicable at all times.
5.1. Price errors
If it is detected that there has been an error in the introduction of the price of an article or service after the purchase has been made, we will contact the consumer as soon as possible to inform them of the incident and offer them the option of cancellation or maintenance under the correct conditions.
The automatic confirmation will not validate erroneous price conditions. In case of cancellation, any amount paid by the consumer will be refunded. We will not proceed with the shipment without the express agreement of the consumer with the correct price conditions.
The Fundació Visit Valencia de la Comunitat Valenciana may change at any time the price of products or services offered through its sales channels. The definitive price will be the one in force in the advertising coinciding with the moment of formalising the order.
After validation of the payment, the transaction will be final and the user will receive a confirmation email detailing the details of the transaction.

6. Other expenses.
In the event of additional costs for service, transport or special characteristics of the product or service, the consumer will be informed of these costs and they will be included in the final price prior to the payment of the purchase.
7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (hereinafter, the "LGDCU"), the right of withdrawal shall not apply to the purchase of TICKETS.
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised by the consumer, the Fundació Visit Valencia de la Comunitat Valenciana will refund all amounts received within fourteen 14 calendar days from the day after the Fundació Visit València was informed by the consumer of his right of withdrawal.

8.Consumer obligations
The consumer must make proper use of our services, becoming solely responsible for any damages that may be caused to the Fundació Visit València de la Comunitat Valenciana or third parties for their lack of diligence or fraudulent actions.
Through these conditions the consumer is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data and information provided to us as a result of the contract of sale online.
The Fundació Visit València de la Comunitat Valenciana reserves the right to restrict or deny the service to the consumer in the event that it becomes aware that the consumer has breached the conditions of contract, the general conditions of use of the Website, the privacy policy, as well as any other particular condition that may be agreed.
9.Industrial and intellectual property
The products and services that we provide for purchase through our Website are subject to copyright. In addition, those logos, trademarks, texts, icons and other content subject to industrial and intellectual property rights are protected by the laws in force and applicable to the matter.
The Fundació Visit València de la Comunitat Valenciana is the owner or has obtained the authorisation of the holder of these rights to make use of these contents or materials.
10. Resolution of conflicts
For those conflicts that may arise between the consumer and the Fundació Visit València de la Comunitat Valenciana as a result of a breach of the contracting conditions will be governed by the provisions of current legislation, being applicable the rules of the Spanish Legal System.
If any of the present terms are considered null and void or inapplicable, such provision shall be deemed not to have been made and shall not affect the validity of the rest of the provisions.
