This construction designed by José Camaña Laymón connects with the Casa de la Beneficencia from the inside. It was realised in an eclectic Gothic style and is considered to be an ingenuous building. The three main parts include formal details in the Gothic style, but whose function does not correspond to this style; for example, the arches do not have a structural function and the columns are purely adornment. It is a tribute to the Gothic style.
