Baylía Palace
Palace of the Batlia and Palace of the Marquises of Scala. Palatial building built over what was the former residence of the Bayle General.
It features a post-academic layout with a meticulous composition structured in three tiers. A major renovation in the 19th century gave it its current appearance. In 1904, it was restored by Luis Ferreres and José María Manuel Cortina, with internal works carried out in 1955 to adapt it for its current use as the headquarters of the Provincial Council (Diputación).
