Valencia Tourist Card 24, 48 and 72 hours
If you're in Valencia for one, two or three days, the Valencia Tourist Card will help you make the most of your time. It's a physical card you can use to travel around the city by public transport and get into museums and monuments such as La Lonja for free. Want more? It also entitles you to special discounts on numerous attractions, tours, stores, restaurants and much more, and you can even grab a couple of beers and tapas and toast to our health.
And if you want to stay in Valencia longer after the card has expired, no problem. You can renew it at any Tourist Office for another 24, 48 or 72 hours with a 10% discount.

The Valencia Tourist Card is your best ally for moving around the city and enjoying its museums and monuments without limits. Choose the card that's right for you, depending on how long you are going to be in Valencia, if you're traveling in a group, or if you want to buy a pack that also includes admission to other attractions.

FREE urban transport: Travel for free on city buses (EMT) and metropolitan buses (Metrobus), underground (AB zones, including the airport stop), tram and commuter trains (Renfe) in zone AB.

How it works:

Buy your 24-, 48- or 72-hour Valencia Tourist Card online and specify how you want to receive the card. You can pick it up at any of our Tourist Offices or at the digital airport kiosks which are open 24 hours a day, at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento office and at the Joaquín Sorolla station.

The card will be activated the first time you use it, and it will be valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours after that.

Use your card at bus, tram, metro or train scanners to travel, and at museum, monument and attraction ticket offices to get your free admission or corresponding discount. You'll also get discounts by showing it at participating stores and restaurants.

If you prefer to buy tickets online in advance, do so at the same time you buy the Valencia Tourist Card and the discounts will be applied automatically.
Kids:
Available for children ages 6 to 12. Children up to 15 years old get free admission to municipal museums and monuments; children under 6 can also travel for free on buses and commuter trains; and children under 10 by metro and tram. Check discounts for seniors, students and people with disabilities in our Tourist Offices.
Returns

A Valencia Tourist Card cannot be returned if the card has been delivered to any of the points of sale or collection (Tourist Offices, headquarters or main office of the Visit València Foundation, vending machines, smart points, agents/tour operators, hotels, hostels, campsites).

If you buy the Valencia Tourist Card + tickets to tourist venues and shows (or any other type of package offered): no full or partial refunds will be offered, since the buyer will have benefited from the discounts on the tickets at the time of payment, regardless of whether the card has been delivered or not.

Collection from Tourist Offices
You can collect your order free of charge from any of our Tourist Offices during opening hours.
Collection from DIGITAL KIOSK:
You can pick up your cards at the digital kiosks at the airport, which operate 24 hours a day, and at the kiosks in Plaza del Ayuntamiento during office hours and at Joaquín Sorolla station. You only have to enter the reference that appears on the voucher and the email indicated during the purchase process. You can also do this by bringing it closer to the QR reader.
OPENING TIMES: 24 hours a day at the airport kiosks. Please note that Joaquín Sorolla station closes from 00:00 to 06:00 and that you can only collect your cards during office hours at the kiosk in Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

Gli autobus urbani (EMT) operano dalle 4:00 alle 22:30. Da quel momento in poi inizia il servizio notturno, che termina alle 2:00 dal lunedì al venerdì e alle 3:30 nei fine settimana.
Come hai accennato, puoi scaricare l'APP EMT o utilizzare Google Maps per i tuoi viaggi. Siamo spiacenti che in quei giorni l'APP EMT non abbia funzionato correttamente. Un saluto!

- the guides from what you want to do need an improvement

Openbaar vervoer (bus, tram en metro) zijn prima geregeld en rijden keurig op tijd. In tegenstelling tot Nederland staat men hier wel op voor oudere mensen, zwangere vrouwen en/of mensen met een handicap/beperking.
Op vele plaatsen in de stad geeft de VLC-kaart ook korting op de entreeprijs bij musea en attracties.

So this is fine if you are proficient at using or even in possession of a smartphone if not this is an issue.
Travel using the card is excellent as is the discounts on admissions to certain points of interest.
I found difficulty in extending my 72hour card as not having a paper guide I could not find out where the nearest point of top up was for me to access- I actually could have used a further 48 hours on my card.

Nur bei der Verlängerung im Tourismus Büro bekommt man nicht, wie angegeben, 10% Rabatt!

La tappa omaggio è una presa in giro (palco 101 al mercato) un bicchierino da shot di sangria confezionata (quella che trovi a 1€ al supermercato) che abbiamo dovuto buttare perché acido e DUE cubetti di formaggio. Le entrate gratuite sono di musei e attrazioni che hanno comunque l'ingresso gratuito.

To get the free tapas and drink was not worth the effort in the Market. The stall in the market gave me the a few of the cheapest olives and a tiny measure of wine. I went to El Corte Inglais and that was much better.
The app doesn’t make it easy to actually find the offer. I decided not to try and find any of the restaurants on the list as time was precious and after the market experience thought I wouldn’t bother. The other market stall I never did find. Why don’t they display a Valencia card sigh then I wouldn’t have been walking around in circles. All I can say is thank goodness for google maps.

Si no, tendrá la opción de comprarlos posteriormente con el descuento en cualquiera de nuestras Oficinas de Turismo o directamente en Taquillas.

Zwei Punkte erhält die 72 Stundenkarte, weil der Kauf per Internet, die Abholung und die Nutzung in öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln einwandfrei funktioniert hat.
Wenn man aber einen finanziellen Vorteil durch die Nutzung der Karte haben möchte, muss man jedoch zu der Personengruppe gehören, die Ihren Urlaub minutiös plant.
Alle Tickets, bei denen man die Rabatte nutzen will, muss man in der Touristeninformation kaufen. Eine Buchung für die Bootsfahrt zum Sonnenuntergang muss man 24 Stunden vorher buchen (die wird zwar beworben, findet aber aktuell überhaupt nicht statt). Möchte man die Karte für das Aquarium nutzen, muss man auch das wissen, bevor man dort hinfährt, denn die nächste Touristeninformation ist von dort ziemlich weit entfernt.

VLCShop: Gracias por sus comentarios. Los museos y monumentos municipales son gratuitos los domingos. La recarga de la VLC Tourist Card con la misma tipología en Oficinas de Turismo tiene un 10% de descuento.

Inoltre abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà a ritirarla perché i punti di ritiro erano distanti dalla stazione degli autobus dove siamo arrivati (20 min a piedi).
Sarebbe comodo aggiungere un altro punto di ritiro della VLC card alla stazione

Per quanto riguarda le sue osservazioni sulla metropolitana, sì, in effetti quest'anno per la prima volta i trasporti pubblici sono stati gratuiti la domenica d'estate. La misura è rimasta in vigore fino al 31 agosto. Un saluto!

Die Abholung ging absolut problemlos und schnell, einfach am Automat am Flughafen geholt. Konnten sofort die Öffis benutzen.
Bekamen auf das Ozeanographik 10%, bei Hop On Hop Off Tour auch 20% Rabatt. Andere Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bei der Karte inkludiert. Mussten im Vorhinein auch nicht im Touristenbüro (oder so) Eintrittskarten kaufen, ging alles vor Ort.

Tous les monuments soi-disant "gratuits" avec la carte que nous avons visité étaient de toute façon gratuits pour tout le monde, carte ou pas.
Certaines réductions ne sont plus accordées mais le guide de la carte n'est pas à jour (Bioparc par exemple).
Et impossible de rentabiliser la carte avec seulement les transports en commun sur 72 heures vu le prix très faible du métro de Valence (0,72€ le trajet seulement !!!). Avant d'arriver à 25€ il faut visiter 100 fois toutes les lignes...
Je ne renouvellerai pas cet achat.
VLCShop: Merci pour vos commentaires. Le guide a dû être republié d'urgence en raison du retrait inattendu du Bioparc Valencia. Nous nous excusons pour le dérangement. Quant aux musées et monuments municipaux, ils sont gratuits pour le grand public uniquement le dimanche. Concernant le prix du métro de Valence, gardez à l'esprit que le ticket simple est de 1,50 € pour la zone A et de 3,90 € pour les zones ABCD (carte plastifiée ou papier non comprise dans le prix).

Regarding Bioparc Valencia, you are right: they stopped selling with the discount abruptly and the guide of discounts you got was still not re-edited. We are very sorry about it. In the case of the price of the metro ticket, please note 0,72€ is the price of the single ticket with Tuin pass. It´s not a card for tourists, as it has to be formalized at a Customer Service Point with a fill-in form and photograph. The price of the normal ticket to the Airport is 4,90€ + the mobilis card.

Unica pecca sono gli sconti nei ristroranti che sono soggetti a fascia oraria e sul biglietto questo non è indicato. Per il resto la carta è comodissima per muoversi con qualsiasi mezzo. Consigliata !
