We offer a carefully prepared blend of modern and Mediterranean cuisine, without forgetting the Valencian traditions of paella and other rice dishes. We strive to maintain the highest quality standards from beginning to end, which is why our menu includes dishes made with organic produce. The dishes we offer are born out of the knowledge and experience of renowned catering professional Loles Salvador, who learned her trade in restaurants such as Ma Cuina and La Sucursal. La Sal is recommended by leading culinary guides including Gourmetour and Michelin. We also form part of the “Slow Food” movement.
