A family establishment opened in 1968, Mateu offers rice dishes of all kinds. The locally inspired dishes are particularly recommended, such as rice with beans and turnips (advance order only) and the house paella (made with sea bass and vegetables). The menu also includes traditional dishes such as all i pebre stew, marinated mullet, and eels. The recently facelifted Mateu now has a modern, welcoming air, and represents an excellent choice if you’re looking for a good meal. We also offer boat trips.
