Taste the best rice dishes with D.O. Arròs de Valencia in the Town Hall Square
Something is cooking in the Town Hall Square on the 6th and 7th of May because young cooks from all over Spain will be at the cooker for the rice prize.
Each and every one of the recipes are made with lots of love and it is important to highlight that the star ingredient will be used: rice with D.O. Arròs de València —Senia, Albufera and Bomba—.
You’ll be pleased to know this because at TastArròs 2023, as well as watching the rice competition, you can also: taste a portion of the rice of your taste for 5€, take part in workshops where the whole family is welcome, dance to folklore music and see an urban sequer up close.
In short, two full days to have a great time and showcase the rice culture of Valencia.
And as they say in these cases, “life is too short to eat bad paellas”.
