Driven by the passion and enthusiasm of great Valencian chefs, the Valencia Culinary Festival will bring together chefs, producers and artisans in nearly 30 gastronomic activities taking place from 25th  February to 10th  March.

You will be able to enjoy a unique experience with four outstanding chefs from Valencia inviting five international cuisine stars to cook with them four hands dinners. Imagine having top gastronomy figures such as Mikael Svensson, Alfred Friedrich, Miguel Ángel Mayor, Richard Rauch, Manuel Alonso, Kike Medina, Óscar García or Ciro Scamardella all in one place cooking for you? Well, you will be lucky to have the chance to taste these four hands menus at restaurants Casa Manolo, Apicius or Sucede restaurants.

The festival also includes lunch and dinner at Saiti and Casa Montaña, a talk show, a cooking workshop and tastings. But the most unique evening will be on the 3rd March, with eleven local chefs bringing together six Michelin stars and seven Soles Repsol, at Veles e Vents, the most emblematic building of the Marina de València.
