This year, the Mediterranean Gastronomy Fair returns in a special, more intimate format, but with the same enthusiasm as always. Great renowned chefs, producers, and professionals in the hotel and catering sector will take part in the special edition of the Mediterranean Gastronomy Congress, which will be held at the València Fair on 8 and 9 November.

The event has a limited capacity for professionals and students of the hotel and catering industry of 1200 people per day, but all lovers of gastronomy will be able to follow the Congress in virtual form. Book your ticket now, for one or both days, here.

The congress will focus on the future of the industry and will feature top-class speakers from the world of cuisine and wine, as well as experts from the fields of economics, business, and digitalisation. There will also be lectures, show cooking, workshops, and presentations by great chefs. Quique Dacosta, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Ricard Camarena, Josep 'Pitu' Roca, Susi Diaz, Jesús Sánchez or Begoña Rodrigo: these are some of the chefs who will be working in the central kitchen of Mediterránea Gastrónoma.
